I've helped fund 6 hours of a research assistant’s time to work on life saving cancer research.
We are taking on Cancer Council's The Longest Day
This December my cousins Thoren, Pip, Harrison and myself will be playing 72 holes of golf in a day to raise money & awareness for an amazing cause!
Cancer prevention and treatment is something close to our hearts, having lost our beloved Nonno to lung cancer 26 years ago. This was followed by our beautiful Aunt Mini who lost her battle with ovarian cancer 2 years ago.
My mum, Annette, was also diagnosed with breast cancer around the same time - which thankfully she was lucky to catch it early enough thanks to amazing cancer support services.
This disease impacts so many people, and with research and spreading awareness - hopefully more journeys can end with lives being saved.
Any donations (no matter how small) would be so incredibly appreciated. Thank you & wish us luck!
