Our Challenge

So, our team is taking on the Longest Day of Golf—but what exactly will we be doing, and how can you help by supporting the Cancer Council?

Our Goals:

On the day, we're aiming to complete 54 holes of golf over approximately 13 hours of daylight. It might sound easy, but we're high handicappers playing at Charlestown, one of the most hilly and challenging golf courses in Newcastle. We'll be battling until the last minute!

Supporting the Cancer Council:

By taking on this challenge, we're raising funds to support the Cancer Council's vital work in cancer research, prevention, and support services. Cancer affects so many lives, and with your help, we can make a real difference.

We're going to be looking for golf balls for 24 hours to support the Cancer Council!

Mitch, Lawson, Matt and Dean taking part in the longest day of golf where you complete as many holes of golf as possible in 24 hours as part of a Cancer Council fundraiser and awareness event. 

We aren't exactly Tiger Woods-level golfers (yet), so this will definitely be a challenge. The best part is that all our scores will be uploaded for the world to see - so we're looking forward to that!
